The school assumes no responsibility for the storage or safekeeping of student property.
Homework and/or projects are due on the Monday following the last day of the class within the course. Two points will be deducted from the grade for each day the project or homework is late including weekends and non-school days.
Applications are received any day the school is open. Student may begin classes only when classes are scheduled. The admission process normally includes a tour of the classrooms and laboratories, an opportunity to talk with instructors and an acceptance interview with the Director of Admissions. In the event it is geographically impossible for the applicant to be present, the acceptance interview may be conducted via telephone.
The number of students assigned to each class is based on a student-teacher ratio that provides adequate time allocation to each individual in the classroom and lab. Normal class size in the classroom and lab is 18 students: never more than 20 students per instructor.
All absences and tardies regardless of reason, are recorded. One days absence equals 6 hours. The student's absence time is totaled. A student cannot accumulate more than 4 absences per month, 3 tardies in any month = 1 absence. When absences are excessive or affect progress, the student's training will be interrupted. The administration determines which situations are subject to mitigating circumstances. A student's training will be terminated if absences exceed 10% of the hours in a class with the course. Re-enrollment is at the discretion of the school. If a student reenrolls, the student must attend all sessions or training will be terminated.
